We offer a limited childcare service for parents or guardians who may want to leave their kids in the Riad while they explore the city. Learn how to cook Moroccan cuisine with our in-house cook. When you have selected your prefered dish, you will visit the local market to buy fresh organic ingredients and then return to the riad to have a hands-on practical experience to prepare and cook your meal. We are committed to our social responsibility and to give a helping hand to local families and children who have incredibly tough lives. If guests would like to donate any unwanted clothes, footwear or school stationary, we would gladly pass them on directly to those who need it most.

Bottled water, canned drinks, beer (non-alcoholic) and a selection of snacks are available for consumption. We operate an ‘honesty tab’ so you can choose to pay at check-out.

Family friendly Hollywood films are available on USB that can be plugged into the Smart-TV in our Alif Lila, Sultana and Nejma Suites. Film genres include action, adventure, comedy, romance as well as popular animated movies for kids.

We can assist with reservations at the local Hammam (which is traditional Moroccan bathhouse). Services include hot steam bath, massage as well as other beauty treatments. Note: Steam baths for men and women are allocated different time-slots during the day and the time-slot can vary on a daily basis.

Complimentary access to our wifi internet is available to you 24/7.

Laundry

A next day in-house laundry service is available from Monday to Sunday.

Mobile Phone (Direct bookings only)

For long stay guests, we offer complimentary use of our mobile smartphone throughout your stay. The phone is pre-loaded with limited 4G internet. Top-up cards to make calls, send SMS or extend 4G internet can be purchased separately. Note: This service is subject to availability of the handset.

Money Exchange

We highly recommend buying or selling your foreign currency with an officially licensed exchange bureau. There are numerous offices in the medina and most foreign currency is accepted.

My Marrakech (Google Maps)

A customised Google Map is available to our guests. The map shows directions to the property from Jma El Fna square, the location of tourist attractions, suggested walking tours around the Medina, recommendations for places to eat and much more! The map can also be downloaded for offline use.

Power Adapters

We have a small selection of international power adapters which guests can borrow to use with any electrical items they have.

Shisha / Hookah Pipe

We can provide a hookah pipe and a variety of shisha flavours for guests interested in smoking the traditional Persian waterpipe. Note: The service is only available for consumption on the terrace and guests must be over 18 years old.

SIM Cards

Guests can purchase Maroc Telecom SIM cards from the reception desk. The SIMs are pre-loaded with a small amount of credit to make calls and send SMS messages. A separate top-up card needs to be purchased to enable 3G/4G internet access. Note: The mobile device must be compatible with the local telecommunications carrier.

TV (Suites only)

Our Alif Lila, Sultana and Nejma Suites are equipped with a Smart-TV with free-to-air local and international satellite channels. The TVs can also be connected to the internet to access digital content such as YouTube as well as used with an NTFS-formatted USB to play media content.
