Childcare

The riad offers a limited childcare service for parents or guardians who may want to leave their kids in the Riad while they explore the city. The service is provided by our capable maids who all have experience looking after young children.

The service includes:

• Supervise the child inside the Riad premises between 10AM-4PM
• Overseeing activities (if provided by parent/guardian)
• Meals/Snacks (if provided by parent/guardian)
• Tidy-up any mess
• Putting the child to sleep (if day-time naps are required)

The service does not include:

• Childcare before 10AM and after 4PM
• Clothes or nappy change
• Provision of toys/activity books
• Meals/Snacks prepared by the riad
• Provision/application of any medical treatments (if applicable)
• Outdoor Activities
• Laundry

Important

a) Guests should ideally provide 24 hours advance notice to use the service.
b) Advise if the child(ren) suffer from any allergies or any other medical condition.
c) The Riad cannot be held responsible for any mishap that occurs over the course of the childcare.
d) We do recommend a contact number is provided to a member of staff in the event of an emergency.
e) The service is subject to availability of a suitable babysitter/childminder.
